The Asset Strata Team attended the 54th Kiparra Day Conference in Sydney on 17 August at Hilton Hotel.
Our day started with an exceptional breakfast in Luke Mangan’s Glass Brasserie.
The hospitality at the Hilton was world class.
We enjoyed the day of experienced speakers exploring the current market forces at play (and there are plenty!).
The highlight for us was Bill Evans (MD and Global Head of Economics & Research at Westpac) and his expert update on the Australian Economy.
Key Points of the day; were not surprising – interest rates, pressures of inflation on households and the supply chain issues with both import and export worldwide and concerns over the costs of going green in the property sector.
